THIS IS THE SHOWCASE & PORTFOLIO OF MARCO HUBER
CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR FREELANCE WORK.

Biography
I was born on March 5th 1980 in Hong Kong. In 1983 I moved to New Jersey (USA) with my family where I visited the Montessori School in Ridgewood for two years.
In 1985 we moved back to the german part of Switzerland where I went to school.
I was always interested in drawing and designing as well as music. After my four years as an apprentice at the Bureau for Architecture I finished with a Diploma in Building Construction.
During my apprenticeship I attended different classes for drawing and designs at the Lucerne School of Art and Design.
At the same time I got to know a group of young people who were working for an agency called drumandbass.ch. They managed to motivate me starting to DJ myself which I then did in my free time. Besides that I meanwhile also produce my own music which is called Drum and Bass. Furthermore I got active in promoting parties which also included flying in DJs from all over the world.
This is how I had the pleasure to meet very interesting people from all over the globe. For the party themselves I designed all the flyers and took over a big part of the organization. This is a time intensive hobby I still carry out today.
Through hobbies like snowboarding, tennis and kung fu I find a good balance to my everyday life.
After my four years of studies I realised that my interests were far more in design and computer technology. So I decided to start classes in animation at the Lucerne School of Art and Design where I finished on July 8th 2005 as Bachelor of Design. Since then I was active as a freelancer on different projects like designing web pages and teaching classes for flash design.
My motivation now is to get more experience on what I have learned up to today. Therefore I am looking for an internship where I can work in a motivated team on the above mentioned fields and where I have the chance to acquire new skills.
